Highways to Hedges Community Outreach envisions creating more partnerships with likeminded organizations and individuals, to provide a network of care to those that are in need. As we address individuals from a "ground zero perspective", we become an extended arm of support to mediate and bring much needed change in the lives of those less fortunate.

Helping the homeless stay warm:
Your generosity will allow us to provide items to keep those in need to stay warm during the cold months, such as coats, boots, hats, scarves, gloves, blankets, socks and undergarments.
Help us feed the hungry:
With your contribution we can continue to provide hot/cold meals, and snacks at no cost to individuals and families that are hungry and are experiencing food insecurity.
Personal Care items: Your contribution enables us to continue providing vital hygiene products, such as soap/body wash, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, feminine care products and towels.
Empower individuals: "A hand-up not just a handout"
Your giving enables us to provide hope as well as share other vital community support service information, we recognize that individuals need a consortium of care to become successful in overcoming their disparities, by networking with organizations we're able to address the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of those we serve.
